Direct plowing knife: The structure is simple and durable, but the working resistance is high, and it is easy to entangle grass, so the blade needs to be cleaned regularly.
Round plow blade: By rolling and cutting soil, resistance can be reduced by 18%, and it is not easy to entangle grass. Its disc diameter is about 390 millimeters, made of 65Mn or 70 steel plate, and the cutting edge is quenched for strong wear resistance. The round plow blade is usually installed in front of the plow body to assist in vertical soil cutting and compacting the ditch wall to prevent collapse.
Installation and adjustment
Position adjustment: The center of the circular plow blade should be located at the upper part of the vertical line of the main plow shovel tip, and installed on the left side of the plow shank 1-3 centimeters in the horizontal plane to ensure the neatness of the ditch wall.
Cultivation depth control: By combining a threaded adjustment rod with a traction frame, stable load distribution is achieved to adapt to different soil conditions.

Application scenarios

Precision plowing operation: The straight plowing knife is suitable for heavy and sticky soil, but it needs to be adjusted with a depth limiting wheel to avoid uneven plowing depth.
